Seminar by Daniel Ceverino, from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, on the topic of AGORA-ART projects.

Title: FirstLight: simulations of first galaxies

Abstract: The James Webb Space Telescope has revolutionised our view of the first billion year in the history of the Universe. In this talk I will review the predictions coming from the FirstLight simulations. This is a suite of about 400 zoom-in cosmological hydrodynamical simulations designed to generate a volume and mass complete sample of galaxies at redshifts higher than five.
