Big Questions in Astrophysics

- the next decades

To celebrate 100 years of research funding the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundations (KAW) will, during 2017, organise conferences in those areas where they have provided substantial support throughout the year. Astronomy is one of these areas. We are very happy to invite you to join us 3 - 5 April 2017 in Lund, Sweden.

The topic for our meeting is Big Questions in Astrophysics - the next decades. The meeting will have a plenary session with invited key note speakers on 4 April and workshops on the 3rd and 5th of April. The workshops on Monday cover The Transient Universe and Dark Matter. On the Wednesday the workshop focuses on Galaxy Evolution and Star Formation across the Universe.

13 March 2017 was the deadline for registration to the plenary meeting.

For the program and full list of confirmed speakers for the plenary meeting please visit the program page: Plenary meeting

Registration is now closed.
