The sessions will be held at the Lund Observatory, in the Lundmark auditorium on the ground floor. Lund Observatory is 20 minutes walk from Lund Central railway station. Directions can be found through Google Maps or OpenStreetMap:
If you want to take a bus from the train station to the Observatory you can take the local (green) bus number 1 towards Otra Torn and get off at the stop named Fysiologen. Alternatively, take bus number 6 to BMC (Biomedical Centrum). Both stops are just across the road from the Observatory. Unless you have the local "jojo" card, you must buy your ticket (21 SEK for one way) before entering the bus. Information on this can be found here:
The best and easiest ways to pay are either by mobile phone (you then have to have a wywallet-account) or to buy a ticket to 'Gunnesbo' in the red/gray ticket machines using a credit card or cash (you will not actually be going to Gunnesbo, but that way you get a ticket valid inside the Lund-zone). You could also get prepaid tickets att Skanetrafikens customer center at the station Mon-Fri 630-1900, Sat 900-1700, Sun 900-1600. The bus stop, ticket machines (biljettautomat) and customer center (kundcenter) are all marked on this map. It is no longer possible to pay the fare on the bus!
There are direct trains to Lund from both Stockholm and Gothenburg. The nearest airports are Malmö (domestic flights) or Copenhagen (international).
