The number of conference participants will be limited to 140 in number, chosen on a first-come basis.
Due to security reasons we have decided to have the registration as simply sending text in an ordinary e-mail.
The payment is done separately through a bank transfer.

Abstracts should be submitted as a plain
text, optionally with imbedded basic LaTex commands for symbols, such as
Greek letters, etc. When
submitting the abstract, include the contribution title, authors, and their affiliations. This
information should be no more than one page in length when using a font of 12. All
abstracts will be formatted in a common manner for presentation in an abstract book
and placement onto the conference web site.
Abstracts to be considered as oral presentations
should be submitted by June 15. Abstracts to be included in the abstract book need to be submitted before July 1.
The excursion is limited to 70 participants. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to join. We need to know by July 1 in order to make all arrangements.
We will acknowledge the receipt of your registration and payment with an e-mail within a week. If this is not the case, please contact us at email@example.com.
