Proceedings
Oral contributions will be published as a volume of Physica Scripta (T series).
The papers will be refereed by the editors and ASOS9 SOC.
Poster papers will be published in the open access Journal of Physics: Conference
Series (JPCS), which is published by the Institute of Physics Publishing in the UK.
All papers published in JPCS are fully citable and upon publication will be free
to download.
The style files and instructions for poster papers can be found on the homepage for Journal of Physics: Conference Series [link]. There is no specific stylefile for the oral contribuitions proceedings published in Physica Scripta. However, the style files for the poster papers can be used and is available both for LaTeX and MS Word.
The deadline for submission of proceedings is November 15, 2007. The contributions are to be sent via e-mail to asos9@astro.lu.se.
Each participant will be entitled to publish either an oral or poster paper
as part of their registration fee. For the publication of an additional poster
paper, the first author will be charged a fee set by the publisher. The first
author of all papers must be a registered participant of ASOS9. All poster papers
will be refereed by the editors and members of the SOC and should be between four
and six pages in length. Instructions for submitting poster papers for publication
will be provided at a future date.
