    Meeting place

The meeting will take place in the Solvay room at the 5th floor of the NO building of the Plaine campus of the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

    Travel information

The Plaine campus is located on the South East of Brussels. Though it is just 20 minutes away from Brussels National Airport by car, the congestion on Monday morning is such that it is not advisable to try to make it that way.

There are train connections from the airport to Central Station every 20 minutes or so. The ride takes about 20 minutes. The campus is located next to the metro station Delta on line 1A which also stops at Central Station and several other downtown metro stations. It takes about 20 minutes from Central Station to Delta and then a ten minute walk.

Ryan Air, a low cost airline company, flies to Charleroi (Brussels South Airport) located 50 kilometers South of Brussels.
